What's REALLY Keeping You Stuck?

Take this free 2-minute quiz to discover the hidden reason you've been getting in your own way.

If you feel stuck, overthink everything, second-guess yourself, struggle to follow through, or keep wondering why change feels so hard, this is a simple place to begin.

Does this sound familiar?

You know something needs to change. Maybe you even know exactly what you want to do. But you keep overthinking it, second-guessing yourself, putting it off, talking yourself out of it, or waiting until you feel more ready, more confident, or more certain.

Feeling stuck

You can sense there is more available to you, but you are not sure what needs to shift first.

Self-doubt

You question your worth, your voice, your next step, and whether you can actually trust yourself.

Overthinking

You replay decisions, look for certainty, and end up feeling more frozen than clear.

Holding back

You are ready for change, but fear, old beliefs, or emotional blocks keep pulling you back.

What coaching helps you create

Stop getting in your own way and start making the change.

Coaching gives you a place to work through what’s keeping you stuck, see what may be getting in the way, and start taking action toward the change you actually want to make.

  • Recognize the limiting beliefs and inner stories keeping you stuck
  • Calm the overthinking and second-guessing
  • Reconnect with what you actually want
  • Build self-trust through aligned action
  • Move through fear without letting it make every decision

About Melissa

My life looks nothing like I thought it would.

I spent a long time putting my head down, figuring things out, and doing what I needed to do to get through life.

Then I started making different choices. I started therapy. I started a podcast with absolutely no idea where it would lead. I walked away from a seven-year relationship and started over. I became a coach. One choice led to another, and somewhere along the way, I built a life that an earlier version of me wouldn't believe was mine.

That experience is a big part of why I do what I do now. I help people get curious about what's happening between "I know I want to change this" and actually changing it.

The investment for your first month is $450. At the end of our first month, we'll talk about what kind of support makes the most sense for you moving forward.
